NHS areola tattoos are free within hospitals, and provided as part of surgery aftercare. They usually consist of two circles, to give the appearance of an areola.

Realism

Realism areola tattoos are much more detailed than NHS tattoos, as they are shaped, shaded and detailed to give the appearance of a natural areola.
